1.The hole diameter of the inner cavity of supporting board D1=d+≈0.1d. d=outside diameter of cables,wires,liquid/gas hoses.
2.The height of the supporting board and the model number of the drag chain depends on the max hole diameter of the inner cavity of the supporting.
3.The bending radius depends on the functions of the drag chains and inside cables and pipes, take the biggest radius as reference, add 10% space is OK.
4.The width of the supporting board BI should be designed according to the quantity of inside cables and pipes,the best position is uniform distribution.And generally take 10mm as space between two holes.
5.The Length of the chain depends on the working site, when the fixed point is located in the middle of he travel length, it is most economic length.
