Working Principle
Polluted air carrying industrial dust enters the sealed filter chamber through the air inlet. Solid dust particles are intercepted and retained on the outer surface of pleated filter cartridges, while clean air penetrates filter media and is discharged outward by the built-in exhaust fan.
When thick dust buildup on filter surfaces raises internal pressure, the electronic pulse control system automatically triggers high-pressure air backblowing. Instant compressed air pulses shake dust off filter cartridges, and the fallen dust drops into the bottom storage drawer for centralized recovery. The whole cleaning cycle runs automatically without shutdown, ensuring non-stop workshop dust purification.
