While metalworking fluid has many different industrial applications that aid in the manufacturing process, overexposure to the oils and chemicals are harmful. According to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, employees working with heavy machinery and other forms of hardware might have adverse reactions to metalworking fluid that could be inhaled as a mist. Harmful exposure can be reduced by using an RUIAO oil mist separator series.

Working principle |
Oil mist collector also known as oil mist eliminators, efficiently remove oil mist, coolant mist, fume and steam in machine and manufacturing facilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment .
It uses centrifugal separation and high-efficiency filtration technology.
The oil mist is drawn into the unit , it passes through the split cone and many stage filtration devices to filter out stray solid particles . Strong Centrifugal force pushes oil to the unit's outer case where it drains back to the machine for re-use or collection and clean air is returned to the workshop through the top of the unit.
After the oil mist is treated by the system, it is effectively collected and purified, and the collection and purification efficiency is as high as 98% or more.
